*2. Booking and Reservations*
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation will be sent via email once the booking is accepted .
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. Errors in booking details may result in additional charges or service disruptions .
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website .
*3. Cancellation Policy*
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will not be eligible for a refund .
- In cases of flight delays or cancellations, clients must notify us immediately to adjust the transfer schedule. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge .

- *Transfers*: Our drivers monitor flight schedules to ensure timely pickups. Clients are met at the airport arrivals hall with a personalized sign. The driver will wait for up to one hour after the flight lands. After this period, the service may be canceled without a refund .
- *Tours*: Private tours include transportation to one or more attractions. The itinerary can be customized, but we are not responsible for attractions being closed due to holidays or emergencies .
- *Luggage*: Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand luggage and one checked bag. Additional or oversized items (e.g., surfboards, golf bags) require prior approval and may incur extra charges .
*5. Client Responsibilities*
- Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles .
- Unaccompanied minors under 14 years old are not permitted to use our services without an adult .
- Clients must ensure their belongings are securely stored during the journey. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items .
*6. Force Majeure*
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by strikes, protests, acts of war, terrorism, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust pickup times or cancel services without refund .
